Hockey Pool Week 10 Recap

Well, another week ended of the hockey pool. I don't know if this is good or not, but okay let's start with my first pool. I struggled with my goalie status in the first few days. Steve Mason got pulled twice in both of his starts and Cam Ward got pulled once. However, their team still managed to pull off a victory which doesn't affect my Wins and Loss. My skaters were ok this week. I ended up scoring 32 points this week for this pool. Good to see Phil Kessel and Patrik Elias back on track. My goalies coming from a huge slump into a decent record, as I took down 4/5 categories from my opponent in a 9-3 victory. Just my second victory of the season so far.

Now in my other pool, my opponent somehow found a way to be hot again. But oh well, I'm not surprised. In fact all my opponents can easily find ways to be hot without doing anything at all. I fell 8-6 in a very tight matchup. Oh well, that's what happens when your opponent are always hot while you couldn't find a way to dump cold water on him. Anyways, starting tomorrow, I'll be playing my rival for the week if the Hawks can run cold, I will have a chance to win! Already lost 3 in a row. Let's see what happens!

Recognition: To the commissioner of my first hockey pool, good job for winning 9-2. Please continue to win! Give me a chance to get another shot in beating you! Also, to the guy who I traded Fleury away to, you might have ripped me off big time, but I beat you this week, how does that feel? Thomas > Fleury.
