TVB Drama Review: Forensic Heroes 3

I've decided to write a review for every drama series which I have completed watching. I don't know why I do this, but I guess it's a good thing. I'm not interesting in writing book reviews so writing shows review should be more fun!!

Alright so Forensic Heroes 3 was the show I just finished watching today. To be honest, the first time I found out that there would be a new group of people, I was in disbelieve, because I felt as if the original first two series wasn't enough with the old cast. But I sucked it up and lived on it.

The first criticism I had on the show was that the cases were too short and quite obvious. But as the show went on, longer and more complicated cases began to show which I liked. Getting to know the characters more especially Pro Sir played a role in me having an appreciation for this series.

To be honest, Pro Sir stands out for Tim Sir in the previous two series, only because Pro Sir knows how to fight much more than Tim Sir and knows how to react much more faster and efficient in critical situation.

I had no problem with Kate Tsui, being the head of the police department. My favorite actress, Charmaine Sheh played the role of Madam Ma in Forensic Heroes 2 pretty well. Kate Tsui played was pretty good in this series with Ron Ng.

I have to say, my favorite case had to be the very last case. Of course it's the most complicated case but also the best to viewers. The last case involved the murdering different woman by two different murderers. It actually occurred 30 years ago, involving the murdering of a Senior Forensic Pathologist, Dr. Mandy Chung's parents which she tried to forget, but Pro Sir's wife Eva Chow decides to bring the case back, only because she went to prison and visited a criminal who told her that the murdering was actually another person. Which she eventually would be killed as well for being noisy.

The criminal was actually a father and his son, who had a very unpleasant experience with women back in the past. They both hated woman whose fingernails are painted white, because in the past, the first woman who abused the father and son had white fingernails painted.

I'm sure murdering in real life has a reason behind it as well. The ones in the show could very explain why murdering still happen sometimes. It's usually a person who has trauma over the past which affected who they are and their actions.

Anyways, I really hope they have a 4th series filmed sometime in the future. It's a really good show and just before the whole series ended, they showed a new case of several slaughter of clowns which I think foreshadows the 4th series. If they ended it just like that, I will be very disappointed.
